War Exclusion Clause
A clause in non-marine polices excluding liability for losses from perils such as war, invasion, act of a foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or usurped power. A similar clause in marine policies is called the "free of capture and seizure clause".
